Lychee Slicer 7.6.4

  • Minor update
  • Lychee Slicer

This release delivers a targeted stability update that addresses some of the most impactful issues reported by the community. Auto-Support reliability has been significantly improved โ€” crashes, freezes, and missed collision detections are now resolved. The Holes tool has also received key fixes, along with a new flagship printer and smoother authentication on Linux.

New ๐ŸŽ‰

New Resin Printer โ€” Anycubic Photon P1 Max

The Anycubic Photon P1 Max is now supported in Lychee Slicer. This large-format MSLA printer features a 14.5-inch 12K mono screen and is optimized for high-detail, large-volume prints. Its profile is available directly in the printer library with pre-configured resin settings to get you printing right away.

Improved Authentication on Linux (AppImage)

Signing in on Linux via the AppImage build has been reworked. The authentication flow now correctly completes after browser-based login (Gmail and other providers), so the app no longer stays stuck on the authentication dialog. Linux users can now sign in as smoothly as on Windows and macOS.

Fixed ๐Ÿž

Auto-Support โ€” Stability & Collision Detection

  • Fixed crashes and freezes that could occur during Auto-Support generation, making the feature much more reliable on complex models.
  • Fixed a hang that occurred at the "generate surface points" step on certain model geometries, preventing users from completing support placement.
  • Fixed Auto-Support not detecting or flagging supports that were colliding with the model โ€” collisions are now correctly highlighted so you can fix them before slicing.
  • Fixed a crash that occurred when manually supporting certain model types via the supports tool.
  • Fixed a pixelated raft not correctly overriding the support base when used in combination with Auto-Support, leading to inconsistent base generation.

Holes Tool

  • Fixed holes becoming invalid after mirroring a model โ€” holes placed on the original model now remain valid and correctly positioned after a mirror operation.
  • Fixed holes being incorrectly shown in red (flagged as invalid) in certain situations where they were perfectly valid. This false-positive warning had been confusing many users.

Other Fixes

  • Fixed an auto-save freeze that could lock up the application on large or complex project files, interrupting the workflow mid-session.
